  9. <p>The unit operated the C-119 as the 932nd TCG between February 1963 and October 1966, when it inactivated. It was reformed as the 932nd Aeromedical Airlift Group (Associate) in 1973 to provide aircrew and medical staff to replace active-duty Air Force personnel manning front-line C-9A of the 375th AAW/AW at Scott AFB. The unit was assigned to the 446th AW (Associate) until October 1994, when the 932nd was upgraded to Wing status.
